New Zealand / Domestic

I've partnered with Post Haste for domestic deliveries and there is no additional charge for a parcel to be delivered within New Zealand. They may pass rural parcels to another delivery partner if required. Please allow 2-10 working days for delivery depending on your location.

Please note: We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes so please provide a physical address.

International

At this point in time, I am only sending parcels to Australia and all international parcels are sent with NZ Post. There's a flat rate charge which will auto populate at the checkout. For both of us to have peace of mind, at this stage I only send tracked parcels internationally.

If you'd like a parcel sent further afield please contact me for a personalised quote. 

Returned Parcels

If your parcel is returned to us and efforts have been made by our courier company to contact you, then there will be a charge for reshipping your order. This is payable online as you would for an order placed through the website.

For domestic parcels, the price will range from $8 to $19 NZD depending on the size of the parcel and your location.

Internationally, the price will depend on a few factors and will be discussed with you on a case by case basis.
